Training Service

The training program is aimed at providing operational skills to all SPACE™ key actors of executive and associate members:

·        Standardize and consolidate knowledge of our members’ resources with the international qualified Supply Chain and industrial Management,

·        Reinforce key actors with practical knowledge and competence in Supply Chain and industrial Management focused on Operation planning, Lean manufacturing and Quality control,

·        Allow the Supply Chain key actors to master the international terminology and fundamental Supply Chain concepts in order to work efficiently with suppliers and customers,

·        Certify the Supply Chain key actors with a world-wide reference.

 
With a group of 15 maximum participants, the sessions consist of intensive training with some self-study and coaching*. In order to achieve each program, all participants take the examination to certify their knowledge at the end*.

·         Operations Planning,

·         Lean Manufacturing, (example : www.youtube.com/watch )

·         Quality Control,

·         SPACE working spirit,

·         Fundamental Supply Chain concepts (BASICS, APICS).
